We had a fantastic trip to Minnesota. (Tons of pictures on our Picasa site) Every time we are with Michael and Emily it is like a breath of fresh air. They are just amazing friends who truly "get" us. Anna and Curtis played well together, that is, when Anna was actually awake. :) My goodness that girl can sleep! William is an absolute joy and cute as a button. Emily was so generous with the little guy, and holding a newborn was truly therapy for my soul! We love you guys so much! Thank you for the amazing hospitality and the awesome memories. Oh and you have forever turned Curtis into a hockey junkie. Everyday since we have gotten home he picks up his Gophers stick and yells something that resembles, "E, E, S, T, A, sota, sota, EHH, Goefers!" absolutely HYSTERICAL! Don't worry we have it on video, so you can see it and enjoy your brainwashing first hand!!!!
We had a great family work day today and got a ton accomplished! The garage is officially clean and I can park my car in it again :) Yahoo! We also finally broke down and bought some extra storage shelving for Curtis's room. Curtis is already playing with his toys more that they are more easily accessible. My carpet is clean and the yard is mowed and fertilized...busy day!
Jacob and I had a wonderful visit with our priest yesterday. Father Drew is truly a blessing to the world. We are overwhelmingly blessed to have him in our lives. He bestowed upon me two Sacraments back to back, confession and anointing of the sick. We should go back to the doctor sometime next week. Without getting into too much detail, it appears that last month was a particularly off month. We are hopeful and prayerful that whatever is going on it is in the Lord's hands. We are continuing to do everything medically and spiritually in order to make sure I am healthy enough to carry a baby. We will see where God leads us from there. Keep the prayers coming!
